Job Title:HR Coordinator Northern Ireland Employment Type:Fixed Term Contract 12 months Reporting to: Head of HR and Organisational Development The HR Coordinator will provide support to the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations. This role will handle routine HR tasks, maintain employee records, process paperwork, and manage HRIS data entry. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will support various HR projects, contributing to their successful implementation and completion. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment history, and other relevant information. HR Systems Management: Oversee data entry and management of various HR systems such as the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Time and Attendance systems, and (PAMs) systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings. Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-boarding and onboarding processes. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including right to work checks and maintaining employee data in line with export compliance requirements. Time and Attendance Management: Manage the Time and Attendance system, ensuring accurate records for payroll processing. Employee Relations: Support employee relations activities, including managing employee queries, assisting with grievance procedures, and conducting mediation meetings where appropriate. Minute Taking: Take and prepare minutes for HR meetings, ensuring accurate records of discussions and decisions. Training and Development: Support the Training Coordinator in maintaining training records and matrices, and assist with the collation of development requirements through the performance review process. HR Communications: Assist with HR communications and engagement activities across the site. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to HR team by staying updated on HR best practices and legislation. Use technology to automate HR processes, streamline workflows, and enhance data management.
