Provide the first point of direct contact for all service users, resolve routine enquiries and complaints professionally in accordance with local standards and procedures, and refer other queries to relevant colleagues where appropriate. Attend relevant departmental meetings, and contribute to continuous service development Coordinate and process Loan/Hire equipment. Ensure correct processes followed and correct documentation. Collate information generated by others to maintain computerised patient information systems and ensure that records are accurately recorded and updated as required. Provide accurate data as requested by other members of the multidisciplinary team. Order and goods receive Equipment and Consumables. Order Stationary and ad hoc items as required. Collate and file documentation to ensure an organised, efficient and robust system.
