With a portfolio spanning commercial, residential, and agricultural properties, this role offers an exciting opportunity to unlock new potential, from driving property acquisitions and development projects to identifying creative revenue-generating opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Growth, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and external experts to shape the future of our estate while delivering meaningful impact for the communities we serve.
This is your chance to be part of an ambitious and dynamic team, where your expertise will directly contribute to the Trust’s mission to create spaces that connect nature, culture, and community.

* Compliance and Risk Management - Strong knowledge of UK property law, agri-environment schemes, and grant compliance. You’ll conduct due diligence to mitigate legal, reputational, and financial risks while embedding Health and Safety best practices across the estate.
* Financial Acumen - Experience in preparing and managing budgets, assessing risks, and identifying opportunities for financial sustainability. Skills in market analysis and identifying revenue-generating initiatives are critical to maximising the Trust’s resources.
* Project Management and Collaboration - Demonstrated success in managing multidisciplinary teams and property-related projects, such as refurbishments and infrastructure developments. You’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders, external consultants, and internal teams to deliver impactful outcomes aligned with the Trust’s mission.
