Asset Investment Recovery (AIR) is a cost recovery organization that handles the disposal of tangible assets on behalf of all provincial ministries and broader public sector agencies, including crown corporations, municipalities, police departments, school districts, health authorities, and the Federal Government. This position will support the administration staff at Asset Investment Recovery – Surrey by operating the cash register during our public sales, assisting customers at our reception desk, filing documents and other clerical duties. Job Requirements: In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below: Secondary school graduation or equivalent. At least 1 year administrative/clerical experience gained in an office environment. Experience in working with various computer applications and databases. Experience operating POS (point of sale) machine, handling cash, reconciliation, dealing with customers in a retail environment. Preference may be given for: Post-secondary education/training in office administration. Experience with SAP enterprise software.
