The Role
* Supporting the HR & Training Manager with all HR functions, including recruitment, training, onboarding, employee welfare, and any other HR duties.
* Acting as a central point of contact for employees.
* Coordinating with hiring managers to develop job specifications.
* Arranging interviews and conducting pre-screening calls.
Key Skills
* Previous Human Resources experience.
* CIPD Level 3 or higher (Desired).
* Training and development experience.
* Recruitment experience.
* Payroll and HR systems experience.
