Daytime Healthcare are working with an established domiciliary & complex care provider who would consider an experienced or newly qualified nurse to work as a Deputy Registered Manager. This position involves conducting assessments in locations such as Sussex, and a company car is provided. You therefore must have a full UK driving license to be considered.
There will be training given for this position, with a view to becoming a Registered Manager in the future!
Responsibilities:
1. Work in line with the core standards, values, policies, and principles of NMC, CQC, OFSTED, and NHS Recruitment guidelines in ensuring safe care provision for all client groups.
2. Ensuring clinical governance standards are maintained in all care provision.
3. Monitoring and managing safeguarding.
4. Monitoring and managing complaints.
5. Consult with service users and family members to discuss their health problems.
6. Engaging with stakeholders and all professionals involved in developing person-centered care.
7. Engaging in further education and skills training to ensure up-to-date skills and information in social and health care for all care groups.
8. Educate service users about their condition, medication, and give them specific instructions.
9. Develop a care plan to address their personal health care needs.
This role does require flexibility, such as occasional on-calls etc.
