What we’re looking for We design and make things all over the world and must get them to customers perfectly and on time. But the truth is that it’s hard. We are constantly looking to improve the experience for our customers and we need every part of the supply chain working efficiently to ensure this happens. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality Control Contractor to carry out 100% end of line QC inspections at our UK manufacturing partners in the Midlands and North Wales. Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring upholstery products leave the manufacturers inline with our QC standard and that all items have an associated QC report completed. Key Responsibilities: To carry out in person end of line QC inspections 5 days a week across 3 manufacturers Ensuring every product is inspected to the highest standard and recorded in our QC platform Managing your own time and calendar in line with the manufacturers production schedule Reporting and resolving issues on the production line Personal Attributes: Highly organised and proactive. Requirements Previous upholstery industry experience would be advantageous IT literate - Microsoft Office Suite / G-suite Experience in using online QC platforms Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Fill UK driving licence Own transport (milage reimbursed)
