Job Description
* Handling HR-related documentation and records.
* Assisting in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing employment contracts.
* Providing first-line advice on current HR policies and procedures.
* Supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations.
* Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
* Coordinating HR projects and meetings.
* Supporting in staff induction processes.
* Handling employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Established background in HR practices, such as starter and leaver management.
* Confidence in supporting a multifaceted business, capable of adapting to the needs of the business.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
