Hire Controller
Commutable from Durham, Sunderland, Newcastle upon Tyne, Consett
Up to £31,000 per annum DOE + Excellent Training + Progression + Benefits

Within the role of Hire Controller you will be the first point of contact for all customers and will be given all the training and support to develop into a career in the hire industry.
The Role:
1. Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email, working closely with the depot team to ensure the hire process from start to finish is as smooth and efficient as possible.
2. Work closely with the depot foreman and team of engineers to ensure all customer requests and orders are delivered to a high standard.
3. Office based role, 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 5pm finish on Friday.
The Person:
1. Strong communication and relationship building skills.
2. IT Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
3. Previous experience working within a similar industry such as plant, tool and machinery hire would be a bonus.
