Mature, supportive culture The Role: Initially joining the business as a Researcher (Candidate Consultant), your role will include; Market Mapping - creating longlists/shortlists against retained role briefs Market Intelligence - Creating industry-specific reports to customers Creating DE&I & Retention Reports - Advising clients on DE&I & Staff retention strategies. Candidate Sourcing - Sourcing candidates for relevant positions Sitting on client briefing calls - Working alongside a senior consultant to understand a job brief in detail The Opportunity: £30k Basic Salary with a realistic OTE of £45,000 in your first year. (I can talk you through how this is achieved) Progression A clear progression map of how you can reach Partner in the future. Earning Potential With a clear road map to earn £40k in your first year, your earnings will multiply your time as the business progresses. Good Executive search consultants often generate more than £1m in revenue annually. (This would equate to earnings over £250,000) Profile: Educational Background: A degree is preferred but not essential. You will be dealing with CEOs regularly, so intellect is necessary.
