Full time permanent roles for Food Production Operatives in Shaftesbury.
Rotating shift pattern:
Week 1 - Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm
Week 2 - Monday to Friday 2.00pm - 10.00pm
The role will involve producing a high volume of good quality food products.
1. Follow all production plans to ensure orders are completed on time in full.
2. Assist in training other personnel to ensure that they work efficiently and safely as applicable.
3. Complete required paperwork accurately.
4. Report any issues, e.g., faulty equipment, problems with products, or traceability to your team leader.
5. Pack products to the highest standards.
6. Use Epicor correctly.
7. Ensure all Critical Control Points are operating correctly and report any issues immediately.
8. Maintain all necessary production records.
9. Ensure products are produced within specification and raise any discrepancies with the Team Leader immediately.
10. Carry out and complete all cleaning schedules and maintenance checklists.
