Frontline are looking for compassionate, resilient, and dedicated individuals who is genuinely passionate about supporting children and young people. The ideal candidates will have a natural ability to connect with young people, understanding their unique needs and challenges. They should be patient, empathetic, and able to remain calm under pressure, especially when managing challenging behaviours or high-stress situations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver therapeutic, one-to-one or team-based support to children and young people in a residential setting. Manage mental health needs and challenging behaviours, helping young people develop coping and self-management skills. Communicate clearly and empathetically, building positive relationships. Assist with daily living, educational, and recreational activities, promoting independence. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team members to ensure quality care. Requirements: Experience in therapeutic care, mental health support, and managing challenging behaviours. Strong communication skills and previous residential care experience. Flexible for 8-12 hour shifts; some roles may require live-in, 24-hour support. Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care) are required.
