We are recruiting for a Tea Room Manager to join our strong team!
With daytime working hours, in lovely surroundings and located just a short walk away from Broadbottom train station which is on the main Manchester Piccadilly to Hadfield line. We strongly advise all candidates to google our exact location because we are located in a rural area and as such although serviced by train, having access to own transport or living locally would allow the successful candidate to have additional flexibility to be able to fulfil the role.
We are looking to recruit someone with significant management experience in hospitality, 4 days a week 8:30am - 5:30pm to include a weekend day. The ideal candidate will support staff by communicating job expectations and appraising job results. Help coach & counsel through ensuring correct training and guidance whilst coordinating, enforcing systems, policies & procedures and productivity standards. Although we are a small established business, we are constantly striving to be the best and fully support staff who offer ideas and are wanting to strive to offer exceptional customer service. We are strongly focused on the community and as such experience in event planning will be advantageous. Roster planning, strong communication, leadership & people management skills are vital for this role.
Our busy Tea Room environment requires those who have previously worked in a professional, hospitality setting and enjoy providing exceptional customer services. Time management and organisational skills are crucial to be successful in this role balancing front of house along with keeping on top of administrative/human resources tasks. Should joining our team be of interest to you, in the first instance, please send your CV with a summary of your relevant experience.
Due to the large number of applications we receive, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications directly. If you have not heard from us within two weeks, your application would have been unsuccessful; as such we thank you for your interest in Lymefield and we wish you well with your future career.
