Position Overview
The School of Psychology at the University of Bolton seeks to appoint a Professor in Forensic Psychology. The post-holder will be a highly motivated senior academic and HCPC-registered practitioner, who will lead our new MSc Forensic Psychology and supervise the dissertations of forensic psychology MSc and PhD students. This is a fractional post (0.5FTE), possibly more appealing to a practitioner psychologist who is a strong researcher and wishes to combine practice with teaching and research.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the MSc Forensic Psychology programme.
2. Supervise dissertations of MSc and PhD students in forensic psychology.
3. Engage in high-quality research and academic programme leadership.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have an excellent track record in research and experience in academic programme leadership.
