About the Role:
* Estimated salary: £30,000 per year.
* Hours: 40 hours per week.
* Shifts: 9-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
1. To manage daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
2. To develop and implement effective strategies to improve business performance and efficiency.
3. To maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to inform future decision-making.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a care home, hotel, or hospitality environment.
