As a Cleaning Section Leader, you will be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team 'huddles', and ensuring cleaning standards are maintained to meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays, ensuring proper staffing at all times.
