Your Purpose As the Lead for Site Logistics and Warehouse Activity at the Tadcaster site, you will be responsible for the operational management of the warehouse and the customer consolidation centre. You will work closely with on-site stakeholders in production and Tradeteam to ensure smooth operations, with strategic oversight provided by the Primary Logistics Operations Manager. Accountability for execution will sit with the Shift Manager. This is a days-based, on-site role, located at Tadcaster five days per week. Key Responsibilities: - Operational management of the Tadcaster brewery warehouse, delivering the agreed plan in line with commitments, and conducting ongoing reviews of warehouse utilisation and site loading performance. Be proactive in sharing any changes to demonstrated performance. - Engage and manage logistics service providers on-site to continuously improve operational processes. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure Tadcaster brewery plays a key role in the wider Distribution and Customer Experience team. Maintain customer service as a priority while ensuring high levels of safety and compliance. - Identify risks and opportunities within the warehouse and transport operations, escalating them through appropriate IBE (Integrated Business Excellence) and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) governance meetings. About You We are seeking a proactive and experienced logistics professional with strong supply chain experience, particularly in fast-paced operations environments (preferably in warehousing and transport operations). A background in managing service providers to ensure delivery in line with contractual commitments, with a preference for experience in 3PL (third-party logistics).
