We have an opportunity for a new role, providing administration and reception support across two educational facilities, based in Bognor Regis and Chichester.
The role will be split equally between the two sites. This is a temporary role working 2.5 days at each site, Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm, though there may be occasional variation in hours at each site depending on requirements. The successful candidate will have experience and will require their own transport due to location and requirements.
As a Receptionist, you will:
* Communicate in an appropriate manner with face-to-face contact
* Answer telephone calls
* Order and maintain stationery supplies
* Enter data onto computer systems with accuracy
* Provide administrative support
* Be proficient in the use of standard IT programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
