About Our Client
Our client is the leading supplier for energy across the North West region. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Preston team on a temp to perm basis!
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
3. Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have with their account
4. Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have
5. Handling customer complaints and providing resolution
6. Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues
7. Adhoc duties as and when required
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
8. Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
9. Flexible from 6am - midnight for rotational shift patterns, i.e. 6 - 12pm, 9 - 5pm, 3pm - 12pm etc
10. Experience within customer service, ideally within telephony roles
11. Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
12. Strong IT skills
