Job Description As Culina Group continues to grow, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 12 month fixed term basis to support the ongoing recruitment needs of our business. You will be responsible in providing a fast paced and proactive service to our hiring managers through the recruitment cycle. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 (Hybrid working) Key Duties of a Talent Acquisition Advisor: Ownership of efficient and effective end to end recruitment from point of approved ATR to Offer and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and HR team to determine role requirements and support them to develop appropriate recruitment strategies for either permanent or agency staff as appropriate, to fill vacancies and ensure a successful search in the identified time frame. Provide an exceptional candidate experience at each part of the recruitment process promoting the Group as an employer of choice. Actively develop positive relationships with all stakeholders by providing a proactive, customer focused, credible and timely recruitment service. Prepare for and attend recruitment fairs, careers fairs, and other outreach work as required, acting as an ambassador for the Group and helping to promote it as an employer of choice. Active Management of the ATS including advertising vacancies, reporting and system maintenance. Direct Sourcing for all roles in area of responsibility. Ensuring all roles are advertised internally and externally using the appropriate job boards in a controlled manner within budget. Building a strong pipeline of recommended direct sourcing tools and methodologies to reduce cost per hire and build Culina Group brand. Providing end to end Recruitment support and advice across a range of disciplines and levels within the group where vacancies are to be filled through direct sourcing routes. Being first point of contact for candidates, suppliers and hiring managers when sourcing for a vacancy. Supporting the interview and selection process. Putting forward direct sourcing recommendations to support the TA function Building credibility with managers, colleagues and suppliers through effective relationships. Building strong working relationships across HR, sharing best practice and experience. Administer and coordinate recruitment assessment centres when required. Provide support and assistance to other staff/teams within HR as needed. Train new managers on the use of the ATRS. Undertake other duties that is compatible with the responsibility levels of the role.
