Your role as a Cluster Residential Child Care Worker You will be employed full-time as a dedicated team member, averaging 56.4 hours per week, including sleep hours. Working collaboratively with your team on shift across multiple locations in a cluster of homes within a short journey of each other, you will provide support tailored to the young person's needs, either one-to-one or two-to-one. Your training will begin on day one with our comprehensive induction and shadow shifts. During these, you will learn about the Pebbles Way and our therapeutic care model, supported by your manager and our in-house Learning and Development team. What we offer you A starting salary of £ 33,738.00 to £35,208.00 per annum (pending pay review) depending on experience. Our Cluster Full-time roles operate on a rota pattern of one day on (24 hours, including sleepover) and two days off (48 hours). This may be subject to change, but you will be notified in advance; the salary stated is based on the following set rota pattern. Your average weekly working hours, including sleepovers, are 56.4. Your rota will depend on the requirements of your home or others in the cluster. You will receive 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum (this will be pro-rata for part-time contracts) Our Learning and Development team can support you to receive 100% funding for your Level 3 SVQ /NVQ qualification in Residential Child Care. Upon completing your induction, training, and minimum qualifications, you will receive a career review.
