Site Manager
A Private Developer is looking for their next Site Manager to join their team due to several new projects starting in 2025. They specialise in new build residential developments and refurbishments with high-end finishes.
About the role of Site Manager
As the Site Manager, you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for all day-to-day site activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of the build in line with the project programme, budget, and quality. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing developer with exciting new projects.
Responsibilities for Site Manager
* Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure the project is delivered safely and on time.
* Lead and coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
* Monitor project progress and report on timelines, budgets, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.
* Address any on-site issues promptly and efficiently to avoid delays.
Requirements for Site Manager
* Proven experience as a Site Manager successfully delivering projects on time.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and H&S.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
* Experience with traditional build and RC frame.
* Keen eye for detail.
