Job Title: HR Administrator (3-Month Contract, January Start)
Location: NN4 Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days home)
Salary: 28-32k dependent on experience

We're seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our client's team in January for an initial 3-month contract.
What You'll Do:
* As an HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our HR function. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining and updating employee records across HR systems.
* Coordinating the onboarding process, including right-to-work checks and pre-employment paperwork.
* Managing HR inboxes and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Supporting the administration of employee lifecycle processes, such as contracts, changes, and leavers.
* Assisting with absence management and tracking.
* Generating reports and supporting HR projects as required.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in an HR Admin or similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Comfortable using HR systems and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A team player with great communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
