Our team are a critical function to manage and analyse research projects within the hospitality sector – we’re a growing and supportive team who all share a mission to help some of the world’s biggest brands to better understand how consumers interact with their products and how they behave when out at a bar or restaurant, working within approximately 40 markets (and growing). A Consumer Research Manager in our team will be responsible for leading qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects in this dynamic sector, designing research solutions, analysing results and presenting recommendations to internal stakeholders and client businesses. Who we’re looking for? We’re looking for a naturally curious individual who is passionate about all things market research and love spending time in the On Premise themselves. The ideal candidate will have over 2-3-years’ experience in an insight-based role, having made a flying start to their market research career so far, and who are really keen to get stuck into a new challenge and work within a sector which is truly exciting and ever-changing We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, but brings with them an eye for detail, experience with a multitude of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies and is able to create strong relationships with stakeholders and clients of varying levels of seniority. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is interested in the sector, wants to take the next step in their market research career and build a long lasting and fulfilling career within our team, and will take ownership of their own workload and take pride in what they do. This is the perfect role for someone who has excelled in their career up to now and is either looking to take a step up to a project management role (from an executive or senior executive role), or a current manager looking to side step to truly work in one of the most exciting sectors around and wants to progress further A bit more detail, what would my main responsibilities be? We want you to design methodologies and lead on an array of complex projects with varying methodologies, from scoping out stage to completion, developing your own skills as well as supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team alongside you.
