This role is ideal for a driven and dynamic professional with a background in luxury skincare sales and experience managing accounts in medical clinics and spas. Key Responsibilities
• Account Management & Growth
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key retail, medical, and spa partners to elevate brand performance.
• Proactively manage accounts through detailed sales analysis, inventory management, and identification of growth opportunities.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging insights on competitor activities and market trends.
• Strategic Planning & Execution
• Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales, margin, and distribution goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sell-in to sell-through process aligned with MZ SKIN’s strategic goals.
• Own and optimise product assortments for each partner, communicating changes and opportunities to planning and forecasting teams.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Monitor and analyze retailer performance metrics, providing actionable insights to maximize sales and profitability.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on retail and wholesale performance, identifying risks and recommending solutions.
• Work closely with demand planning to forecast sales trends, address stock issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Marketing & Collaboration
• Partner with internal marketing teams to develop tailored campaigns that drive sales and maximize ROI for key accounts.
• Coordinate retailer product setups, sample requests, and merchandising plans to ensure flawless execution.
• Actively support initiatives to enhance brand presence and visibility across all account channels.
Key Qualifications
• Experience & Industry Knowledge
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury skincare, beauty, or related industries.
• Proven success managing accounts with premium retailers, medical clinics, or spas, with a strong understanding of their unique needs and dynamics.
• Commercial & Analytical Acumen
• Highly proficient in sales forecasting, inventory management, and margin analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across teams and functions, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
