What’s the role?
We’re looking for an Engineer with a continuous improvement/TPM mindset to maximise the efficiency, effectiveness and value of our assets and resources. You’ll need to bring your detailed understanding and experience of modern maintenance techniques such as Preventative & Predictive Maintenance, FMECA & RCM. Familiarity with using CMMS is essential as you’ll need this to analyse our breakdowns and develop maintenance strategies. A positive and supportive individual, you will lead lean teams and coach our frontline operators and technicians. Compliance with all relevant safety and statutory requirements is paramount. This role will also be the support/understudy to the Maintenance Manager.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for an electrical, mechanical or chemical engineer (Recognized engineering apprenticeship with HNC / HND or an engineering degree with several years’ experience). You should be comfortable using structured maintenance development techniques and have experience with process and high-speed packaging equipment to deliver outstanding reliability at optimum cost. Ideally, you’ll have IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications already, but we can provide training if not.
Your can-do attitude and enthusiasm will be warmly welcomed, and your problem-solving skills will be put to good use. If you have a positive outlook with a continuous improvement mindset, then we want to hear from you.
