Section 2: The Opportunity - The What & How
We are seeking an innovative and technically adept Social Media Manager to shape Oceanheart.ai's digital presence and build highly efficient communication pipelines. This is more than just managing accounts; it's a chance to define our online voice, build a community around our mission, and architect largely automated systems for content dissemination in an AI-accelerated world.
Your Contribution Will Be Twofold:
Strategy & Automation Architecture:
* Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy aligned with Oceanheart.ai's mission and values.
* Design, build, manage, and continuously optimize highly automated social media content workflows and pipelines. Results are key; specific tech stacks are secondary to effectiveness.
* Craft and curate engaging content (text, image, video) that translates complex concepts (AI ethics, holistic wellness, psychotherapy insights) into accessible and resonant messages.
* Define and maintain Oceanheart.ai's authentic brand voice across all platforms.
Community Building & Amplification:
* Act as a digital ambassador, amplifying Oceanheart.ai's mission and fostering an engaged online community.
* Monitor social trends, conversations, and analytics to inform strategy and identify opportunities for connection and growth.
* Collaborate closely with the founder (and potentially future team members/Alliance practitioners) to source insights and create impactful campaigns.
* (Optional but valued) Collaborate on developing custom tools or scripts needed for unique automation requirements, leveraging programming skills if applicable.

* Social Media Expertise: Proven experience developing social media strategies, creating compelling content, managing channels (specify key platforms if known, e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), and analysing performance metrics.
* Automation Aptitude/Experience: Demonstrable experience with, or a strong passion for learning and implementing, social media automation tools and designing efficient content workflows. Familiarity with concepts like APIs, Zapier/Make, or scripting is highly valuable.
* Pioneering Spirit: Comfortable with the ambiguity and rapid iteration of an early-stage startup. A proactive, "build, measure, learn" mindset is essential.
* Collaborative Nature: Eager to work closely with the founder, share insights, and contribute to a collective effort.
* Ethical Compass: Strong commitment to authentic communication, data privacy, and using technology responsibly.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and authentic social media content. Strong writing and potentially visual communication skills.
* Location: Preferably residing somewhere on Planet Earth and able to work remotely.
