Type: Permanent, Full Time 36.25hrs/pw (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm)
POSITION SUMMARY
As a label aisle coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the label store areas to enable the completion of weekly production plans. Assist to ensure the company RFT and Health and Safety and Environment targets are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the booking in and stowing of incoming label deliveries in accordance with company procedure using WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems including SAP, in a timely manner.
2. Responsible for stowing, where necessary.
3. You will be required to perform weekly warehouse inventory cycle counts and audits as required.
4. Weekly H&S checks.
5. May be requested to work in other areas/departments as required.
6. Assist to ensure all site KPIs are met.
7. Printing of labels to enable the completion of the weekly production plan.
8. Maintain label storage area to a high standard.
9. Maintain an ongoing continuous improvement plan to enhance operations and areas.
10. Work with supply chain team to manage obsolescence.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Experience of using SAP and kallik label printing software highly desirable.
2. Preferably previous production/manufacturing or warehouse experience.
3. Able to understand and adhere to H&S rules and regulations, and company procedures in line with ISO 9002.
4. Basic PC Skills (Microsoft Office).
5. Able to work as part of a team.
6. To be self-motivated.
7. Experience working with label creation program (Label printing training provided).
8. Ability to plan and deal with unexpected changes.
9. Knowledge and understanding of stock management and accuracy requirements.
