We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Customer Team Leader. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing your team, and driving sales growth through effective merchandise management and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and Develop Your Team: Coach, motivate, and develop your team to achieve their full potential, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
* Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable, building loyalty and driving repeat business.
* Drive Sales Growth: Implement effective merchandise management and visual merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profit margins.
* Maintain Store Standards: Ensure the store is always clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing, maintaining high standards of store presentation and displays.
Requirements:

* Experience: Proven retail experience, with a track record of success in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Educational Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent, with a focus on business or retail-related subjects.
