The Customer Support and Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer experiences and supporting sales operations.
An exciting hybrid role that combines customer support with sales administration, making it ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented, task focused and outgoing individual who thrives on both customer interaction and a holistic approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, IT, or a related field preferred, but relevant work experience is highly valued.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g. MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Comfortable in using cloud based software and services.
Proficient in using and organising team meetings in Microsoft Teams or the willingness to do learn

Comfortable supporting the sales process from initial inquiry to finalising orders.
