The Clyde Security Organisation exists to support delivery of NBC operational effectiveness by delivery of a robust security regime, aligned to Safety and Force Generation priorities. Risk Management is an intrinsic aspect of security, as security outcomes are 'shades of grey' rather than 'black and white' making this role critical to expressing the level of residual risk to the operation once all possible mitigating actions have been implemented.
The Clyde Security Organisation Risk and Performance Manager is responsible for development and management of measures of performance, measures of effect and management of resultant risks, across the multi-domain security regime (including personnel, information, cyber and physical security) and multi-faceted security force. They will generate smart management information to contribute to the broader Clyde risk management process, as well as higher level governance boards.
Specific tasks include;
Risk Management
1. Work with Clyde Security Organisation and Site Security Forces colleagues to capture, develop and manage risks across all security domains.
2. Own and develop the risk management process within the Clyde Security Organisation in conjunction with MOD risk management processes.
3. Generate risk reports and management information for Clyde Security Organisation to support HMNB Clyde governance and operations.
4. Consider and review the consolidated risk position across Clyde Security Organisation outputs.
