Finance Administrator Apprenticeship Radis Community Care have an opportunity for Finance Administrator Apprentice to be based at in our Finance Team at our head office in Amington Tamworth. What will the apprentice be doing? Working as a member of the Finance Team, you will assist primarily with the day-to-day general administration within the Sales team, raising sales invoices, answering phone calls, ensuring all calls are handled professionally and expediently. You will also be working alongside the Credit Control team and other finance teams gaining further Finance experience. This opportunity will allow you to start your career in Finance, learning from an experienced team whilst gaining a business qualification. It's a career that offers long-term options and a variety of roles. What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end? Training will take place in the workplace and consist of planned training sessions and project work. It will lead to a QCF in Finance Administration. If applicable to you, you will also receive training to qualify you in Functional Skills. Training will be provided so that you understand all aspects of the employee lifecycle and how to respond appropriately to requests received from internal and external customers of the Department. Duration of the course is 18 months. The working hours are 9am - 5pm 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Apprenticeship starting wage of £12,480 Qualifications needed, A minimum of 5 GCSE or equivalent at Grade 7 – 4 including English is essential GCSE or equivalent Mathematics (Grade 7 - 4) is essential Skills needed, Desirable skills are, good Communication skills, IT skills, Meticulous attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, good maths skills and passion for numbers.
