Serve as the primary liaison and build partnerships with IT service suppliers. Own end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring quality and compliance with SLAs. Build strong relationships with internal colleagues and technology partners. Continuously improve processes and implement efficiency enhancements. Develop and track performance metrics for service and supplier evaluation. Proactively resolve service issues and manage risks. Collaborate on budget management and cost efficiency. Evaluate and recommend suppliers. Maintain a comprehensive service catalog and continuity plans. Lead continuous improvement and change management initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards. Optimise resource allocation and capacity planning. Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage financials. Stay informed on industry trends and innovative solutions. Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certification in ITIL v4, PMP, or DevOps. Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager in an IT or technology-related environment. Strong expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship building. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between business colleagues and technology partners. Solid understanding of IT service management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Six Sigma). Proficiency in monitoring and reporting on performance metrics. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Budget management and cost control experience. What happens next?
