Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large NHS organisation in the Midlands who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a fixed term basis for an initial 6 months. The role will be paying between £41,000 to £55,000 depending on experience.
Duties will include:
1. Communicating and developing reports using NHSI Guidance with various senior members of staff.
2. Responsible for budgeting and forecasting for the corporate division
3. Accountable for reviewing work and working with Senior Directors collecting financial information in various departments including Procurement/Charities/Receivables/Payables/Capital/AOB/Committies reports/internal Banking/Payroll/Provisions
4. Providing complex financial models and reconciliations reviewing and developing financial processes
5. Working with systems including Integra and IBM Solutions

6. The role requires good communication skills particularly in explaining finance to non-finance staff
7. The post holder be working towards a recognised CCAB or equivalent qualification, and have some experience of working with senior teams within finance and be fully committed to Continuous Professional Development
