This Senior Operations Strategy Manager role will play a key part in helping us achieve our mission to make it easy for people to save and invest for a better future.
As a member of our Operations team, you will work closely with Client and Product teams to ensure alignment in strategy and operating models, with a focus on reimagining and digitizing client journeys.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive strategic plan and growth strategy for the Operations function.
* Working closely with the central Strategy team to develop and deliver the Ops plan.
* Supporting the redesign and digitalisation of all client journeys.
* Providing valuable competitor and market insights to guide HL's operational priorities.
* Tracking and controlling all Operations strategic initiatives, ensuring clear sight of Tech & Data interdependencies.
