About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Charity Retail Assistant Shop Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store in Glenrothes, working closely with volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing store stock and inventory
* Leading a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
* Working closely with the wider DEBRA team to achieve business objectives
