The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Caretaker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the school’s buildings, grounds, and facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out security procedures, including opening and closing the premises and ensuring the safety of the school grounds.
* Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and regular building compliance checks.
* Respond to emergencies such as fire, flood, or adverse weather conditions, including clearing snow and gritting pathways.
* Maintain and monitor the hydrotherapy pool to a high standard, including water testing and system upkeep.
* Monitor cleanliness and hygiene across the site, including emergency cleaning as required.
