Job Description
Our client, a specialist in bespoke products, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Administrator to join the existing team.
Working within the Project Delivery Team, you will support the Project Managers team in managing administrative tasks related to field projects, tracking projects and working with customer support.
You will be required to support with the movement of customer equipment when in office, so must be physically fit to move boxes in a safe manner.
Duties include:
* Preparing site documentation for works to take place including Risk Assessments, Access Arrangement, Permits to Work, etc.
* Creating and managing Purchase Orders.
* Preparing completion of works reports.
* Preparing and submitting customer documentation.
* Assisting in the production of monthly customer management reports.
* Arranging equipment and stock for Field Engineers.
* Movement of some of the customer equipment within the office.
Knowledge and skills required:
* Previous Project Support experience is desirable.
* Positive attitude each day - always happy to help.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
* Ability to deal with internal and external customers anytime, anywhere.
* Good planning and organizing skills.
* Proficient in using the Office 365 Suite of Programmes.
Working Hours:
* 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
* (30 min lunch break)
