WHAT TO EXPECT:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be at the heart of the Creative function ensuring world class business planning is undertaken across our pillars of excellence. This role sits within the Business Planning & Operations team providing the Creative function with the business infrastructure to plan and optimise our resources.
In this pivotal role, you’ll blend your business acumen with an ability to think outside of the box to maximise value and protect Creative output. As the architect of our financial and capacity planning processes, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our function, guiding us through complex challenges and unlocking new opportunities for success.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1. Management of Creative budget spend across Headcount/Overheads/Capex
2. Managing the Creative business planning team to deliver business excellence across all of our processes – Finance/Headcount/Procurement
3. Work collaboratively with our partners across the business to ensure an aligned and integrated approach
4. Responsible for controlling all elements of spend (Headcount/Overheads/Capex) through defined processes
5. Work closely with the programme management teams within Creative to provide resource demand and actuals for all cycle plan and non-cycle plan activities
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
1. Experience in leading and developing a multidisciplined team
2. Strong stakeholder management skills
3. Experience of project management, meeting demanding timescales and effective delivery
4. Commercial awareness required to drive efficiencies and maximise value for money
5. Experience of collaboration cross functional team working
