OPERATIONS MANAGER
Operations Manager required by leading manufacturer of davits cranes to the renewable sector.
Seasight Davits UK Ltd have grown substantially since their inauguration in 2019.
We are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to be responsible for the management of the service delivery across Europe and assist with our global service centres. This is a key position in ensuring that all service and maintenance activities are delivered safely and in line with industry standards. This position is office based at our UK head office in Ashford, Kent. Occasional travel would be required.
The successful candidate would preferably have previous experience working in the service sector of renewable energy / offshore wind industry or within a similar electrical / mechanical service managerial role. Strong electrical / mechanical experience is also preferable.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of 20-25 service technicians – globally.
2. Manage and oversee service contracts – client liaison.
3. Develop & implement new service strategies.
4. Assist SD Technicians & customers technicians with technical issues.
5. Create & follow up on NCR’s & warranty cases.
6. Manage customer enquiries & monitor the SD Service email box.
Seasight Davits offer an excellent benefits package for the successful candidate:
1. 40 Hour week – Monday to Friday – 08.00 to 16.30

Please note this position is predominantly office based in Ashford, Kent with occasional travel requirements.
