Position Summary:

The role encompasses business support to the Global Account Directors within the Global Key Accounts Team based in Marlow. The main tasks and responsibilities are listed below.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction and Coordination:
* Manage customer contacts, emails, and meetings on a daily basis.
* Act as a key point of contact to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
Sampling Process Management:
* Oversee the end-to-end sampling process, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
* Monitor sample status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
Project Management and Coordination:
* Implement and manage customer projects on a daily basis, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
* Monitor all customer projects to ensure timelines are met, and follow up on outcomes with the sales team.
* Coordinate information from various teams and produce clear, professional presentations for project reviews.
* Support weekly project meetings by actively participating, presenting relevant files, and taking detailed notes. Summarize key action items, decisions, and next steps to ensure clear follow-up.
Category and Innovation Support:
* Support the execution of category development plans and innovation presentations to drive business growth.
* Assist in delivering Customer Team workshops and meetings, which may include occasional travel.
Reporting and Documentation:
* Generate monthly reports using reporting tools to support sales and team requests.
* Support GAD (Global Account Director) and team members with documentation tasks and other ad hoc requirements.
Team Collaboration:
* Work flexibly with team members and customers across different time zones to deliver tasks effectively.
* Demonstrate adaptability and proactivity to support a dynamic work environment.
Skills Required:
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
* Proven ability to work diplomatically with clients
* Good organisation skills and the ability to plan workload to achieve tight deadlines
* The flexibility and ability to work under pressure within a team environment
* PC literate - Microsoft Office (Excel advanced)
* Strong analytical skills and knowledge of market research and data sources
* Ability to use own initiative, as well as be part of a team

Working Conditions:
