Valuation And Leasehold Surveyor, Hybrid/Remote Working

We are currently working with a private practice firm in the Kent area who are keen to engage and introduce themselves to Chartered Surveyor's who are RICS Registered Valuers. Valuers who are able to show they have extensive valuation and landlord & tenant knowledge within the commercial sector.
As with most surveying roles you will need to hold a clean driving licence and have use of your own car.
Duties:
1. The role will involve conducting all professional work, including rent reviews and lease renewals whilst also identifying potential opportunities to re-gear existing leases.
2. Undertake a wide range of valuation instructions, using the comparative, investment and residual methods, which will be a combination of both portfolio and loan security work for major institutions, property companies and banks.
3. Valuing properties by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property market.
4. Taking accurate measurements of sites and premises.
5. Assessing the impact of a major development in terms of economic viability and environmental impact. Visiting sites at all stages of development, from green field to foundations and completed buildings.
