What you'll be doing
As a Logistics Shift Manager, you'll look after the people and processes to ensure that everything, and everyone, works perfectly.
You'll manage costs, resources, and budgets while setting higher standards and tackling any issues that arise. By engaging with your team on the shop floor, you'll inspire and keep everyone motivated, happy, and equipped to deliver.
What you need to show us
To be successful as a Logistics Shift Manager, you'll ideally have warehouse and distribution experience along with a background in driving and managing change.
