Japanese Travel Company is seeking an Inbound Operation Assistant.
Location: City, Hybrid
Salary: 25K
Responsibilities:
1. Create/amend bookings
2. Arrange guide, coach, car, entrance ticket, restaurant, etc.
3. Operation of the tours including emergency phone duty
4. Japanese language customer service desk
5. Register and maintain product information on dedicated systems
6. Create and update sales materials (website, social media, etc.)
7. Substitute Japanese language assistant for emergencies
Requirements:
1. Customer service experience
2. Native level Japanese language in oral and written communication skills are necessary
3. Good English oral and written communication skills are necessary
4. Destination knowledge (UK, London) is preferred
5. Moderate computer literacy - experience in working with Microsoft packages is desirable
6. Experience or interest in shooting & editing pictures/videos, posting them on SNS is preferred
