The role is a ten month fixed term contract starting immediately. The role involves a mix of office and remote work. You'll follow a three-week rotating shift pattern, with one week out of three working until 8pm from home. Job Overview: Our client is a legal technical services firm based in the City of London. We are seeking a Document Coordinator to join the team of three on a fixed-term contract for 10 months. This position requires someone who is organised and efficient with a professional, detail-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen desire to becoming a key and trusted member of the team. What you'll be doing: Working as part of a team of three to process court manuscripts, handling 10-20 cases per day within litigation. Uploading manuscripts to the system, reviewing them, and sending them out to clients involved. Mastering the use of industry-specific software. Managing audio recordings and synchronising them with transcripts electronically. Completing amendments to transcripts, including errata returns, accurately and timely. Liaising closely with the other departments. Corresponding with solicitors, barristers, judicial clerks, and court reporting teams to circulate transcripts and provide ad hoc support. Conducting daily IT communication flight checks with equipment in the hearing room. Maintaining quality processes and regularly recording control information accurately. Hours: Full-time, covering the hours between 9am - 8:00pm rotating weekly within the team. Working in the office three days per week, except when on late shift and that will be fully remote.
