Direct Sales Associate – Salary £29,000

About the role:
You will handle warm inbound calls and follow up on qualified outbound opportunities to support and guide customers through their health sales journey. This includes providing advised quotations and assisting customers online to ensure they receive the information they need promptly.
Skills and experience required:
* Excellent communication skills and experience in sales or customer service roles
* Empathy towards customers, supporting them through challenging times and building loyalty
* Strong fact-finding abilities—asking the right questions to identify the best policy for the customer
* Attention to detail—checking facts and weighing information to make accurate recommendations
* Knowledge of insurance or financial products is a plus but not essential
