Flourish Education are recruiting for a SENDCo to work at a Nursery School in Great Barr. Our client is a GOOD School as rated by OFSTED and they are looking to recruit a SENDCo who is passionate and committed to helping raise attainment for young people with SEN. As a SENDCo at our clients school you will be responsible for designing and delivering interventions with students in the classroom and implementing SEN strategy. You will be expected to carry out assessments of students with EHCP's and make recommendations on the suitability of provision for students, work with teachers and external stakeholders to implement EHCPs, provide advice and guidance to colleagues on supporting students with SEN and keep up to date with national and school policies regarding SEN. The ideal candidate will have the correct qualifications for the role, experience working with children or young people in a Primary Setting with SEN and be willing to work as part of a team. The role is due to start ASAP and will be working 1 day per week, on a day of your choice and is expected to last until the end of the academic year. Want to find out more?
