In this role, you willjoin the People and Organisational Development team providing well-establishedpeople services to the organisation, delivering professional and responsivepeople HR, Organisational Development and Payroll provision. This organisationare currently going through a significant period of change as they evolve theirHR and People services, and so they are now recruiting for 2 x People Advisorroles to join their established team.
Your new role
You will provide ahigh-quality, customer-focused professional people service, in line withrelevant policies, best practice and employment legislation that meets thebusiness objectives. You will also support managers and employees to delivertheir best to meet our corporate plan objectives. You will be a key member ofthe team and deliver a high-quality and responsive service as well ascontribute to the delivery of our current People Programme.
