The position of Field Auditor is based in our Bolton office and reports to our Field Operations Manager. No prior experience in auditing is required. The post holder will contribute to ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly audit KPIs are met when undertaking a wide range of audits.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for ensuring field agent activity is in-line with applicable legislation and regulations, company policy, procedures, and that of data protection.
2. Reviewing the audio and Body Worn Video footage of field agents and auditing the interaction during the visit against a set criteria.
3. Reviewing the transcription and Audio recordings and Body Worn Video footage of field agents and scoring against a set criteria.
4. To complete agent audits using a risk-based approach.
5. Complete accurate audit reports on each review activity.
6. Identifying any non-conformance and complete appropriate report on findings.
7. Review and cross-reference visits and visit notes where appropriate as part of the investigation.
8. Communicate findings to Field based supervisors based on outcome.
9. Download any evidence from various systems where required.
10. Identify trends and make recommendations for mitigating risk.
11. Participation in team briefings, to review the auditing processes and ensure consistency of approach.
12. Undertake such training as required to ensure all potential risks to the business are identified and resolved.
13. Contribute to departmental continuous improvement including recommending best practice.
14. Additional company department audits determined through expansion of the compliance programme.
15. Other associated duties that the business may require in fulfilment of its compliance obligations.
Personal qualities, experience and skills
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to make own decisions and problem solve.
3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and busy environment.
4. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
5. Excellent eye for detail.
6. Excellent listening skills.
7. IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Packages (Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook).
8. Good communication in English.
9. Highly organised and reliable.
10. No prior experience is required in auditing. While not a requirement, prior experience in either a call centre or customer care would be an advantage.
