We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Regeneration Manager at Grade K to lead and drive regeneration initiatives within our community. You will oversee multiple regeneration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of regeneration projects within the community.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas in need of regeneration and devise strategic plans accordingly.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate community consultation events to gather insights and feedback from residents.
Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of regeneration initiatives, providing reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Secure funding through grant applications and partnership development to support regeneration efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in urban planning, community development, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in regeneration or community development projects.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Experience in securing funding and managing budgets effectively.
A passion for community improvement and enhancing quality of life for residents.

Pay Per Hour: £23.17
